I am moveing posts that are completely off topic here.

 

Few ways to improve the server:

 

Fix drop rates. not asking to incrase, but to fix it.

1)Para time to be longer (already requested on fourms) - just bumping it up

2)Zerk to be 60secs (already requested on fourms)

3)Increasing the exp by x2 the original xp. Every month for one weekend. Will help lvling process and more people will play on weekends for sades,held.

4)fix the hp calculator

 

:-) i'd like the x2 original xp a weekend once a month or twice a month. will speed the lvling process not by much but... yeah :) some games add double xp to attract players to keep playing. :)

 

Kayo I agree that suggestions for fixes need to be made but 101 is being kept on topic

Not too different, but what if we had a couple random boss monsters spawning in ML? Maye a random Wyvern or Fire Wyvern running rampant in ML, as a set spawn. Would make it a bit more interesting in there. :D

 

 

Also, maybe some battlemage spells? Something that would take around 140-150ish int, and do decent damage, but not as strong as blizzard. Would make a few more viable options for Battlemages.

as afar as skills are copncerned, i think that the shield bash skill could be acquired into the game.

Set it as a 50-50% chance of a hit.

Maybe make the shield have certain other attributes like +5 to shield-bash as a max or something.

 

Also, i second wuta's idea for different battle mage spells.

It wouldnt be too hard to incorporate graphics and make the damage.

Set it as a rare drop from a tigerworm or something.

 

Also, different classes.

Maybe make an archery class?

I dont know how hard that would be, but your dex would be the main factor of hitting probability and dmg, like normal, however, put a handicap on things like hammer, sword, and axe, and isntead put dmg+ into the archery.

 

I second the elemental skill resistance, like fire, ice, lightning, and earth (Esw and blizz can be nasty with no pfmor amp!)

 

And Maybe have Mass amp as a possibility for a drop? hat would be great! And maybe a spell that is greater than Great Heal? Possibly like a mass heal?

 

Tailoring, i second that, and taming, i second that as well, but limit the taming skill to a helclaw, because anything higher than that would be ridiculous.

 

As for crafting, it should be a skill because at the end of the 100% if you get the right materials, you can make certain neclaces.

i.e. DM+1,DF10,RM10, and maybe rings like ruby, and saphire ring.

It would have to include certain mining materials like a dm+1 would need a diamond, and the DF10 and Saphire ring would need a saphire. And to make them you would need an m or an xstone depending.

It wouldnt be cheap, but it would be worth it to have!

 

To finish, i like the sleeping idea, and it would have to be a rare drop.

 

 

All of these manuals can be rare drops. Hopefully we can get more ppl on, hunt more, and get some great stuff in the meantime!

A new support class based on charisma. - Priest? Yeah, yeah - one exists already.

Major stats: Charisma, Magic, Vitality (a must to all classes).

 

Would have variants like mages:

30 str, 10 dex, 200 cha, 200 mag, rest vit.

40 str, 50 dex, 200 cha, 200 mag, rest vit.

...etc.

 

Abilities like:

Curses - Stronger poison (plague?),Defense down, MR down, 1x1 freeze target spell that lasts x seconds. (Work on players+monsters)

Buffs - Longer berserk, powerful heal, AMP+GDS in one spell.

Offensive Spells - Holy Flame (3x3 damage like MFS) and God's Thunder (1x1 damage like MS - 1 hit only.) Maybe one more lower-end offensive spell - a weaker version of ES.

 

They'd be harder to train with mage-like strength and very few offensive spells. Would have to rely on partying mostly.

errr.... i don't like any of these ideas or any new skills/class. i play hb because, i love the pvp. adding these new things will just nerf the server into one of those high lvl servers that are complete shit and take no skill to play. >.>

 

i like hb the way it is, if i really wanted to go have a "gaming experience" and enjoy new classes i'd play wow/l2 or whatever other games that are out there. adding these new things will just make hb look like a 2d wow or whatever game that has similiar classes. =/
